π Responsibilities
π Web Development Leadership β steer Sitecore projects, develop intricate web platforms, ensure top-notch UX & consistency
π Performance Oversight β evaluate and enhance web platform performance for smooth, reliable operation
π Backend Integration Mastery β collaborate closely with the backend team, integrating platforms for consistent, real-time data exchange
π Design Collaboration β convert complex UI/UX designs into seamless, top-quality web interfaces, setting standards for the wider developer team π¨
π Cross-Browser Compatibility β ensure seamless functionality across browsers, troubleshoot browser-specific challenges
π Continued Advancement β lead integration of the latest Sitecore & web development trends, fostering ongoing learning
π Testing & Assurance Leadership β set benchmarks using Sitecore-centric testing tools for reliability & performance
π Communication & Mentorship β provide regular project updates, solve challenges, guide and train junior developers π€
β Conformity Criteria
πΉ 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sitecore development, backed by a portfolio of impressive web platforms
πΉ 2+ years hands-on experience in Sitecore 10 XP with containers, analytics & marketing forms
πΉ 2+ years experience in a public transport context π
πΉ 2+ years experience in an e-commerce context π
πΉ Minimum 2 Sitecore migration/version update related projects
πΉ Willingness for on-demand 24/7 availability for production incidents
πΉ English communication (spoken & written) β native or at least C-level
