โ Main Requirements
๐น Valid VCA for every worker
๐น Current facade-scaffolding experience
๐น Around 2 years' independent experience preferred for scaffolders
For Crew Leaders, additionally:
๐น Communicative English ๐ฃ๏ธ
๐น Category B driving licence ๐
๐น Ability to read technical drawings ๐
๐น Ability to independently organize the crew
