Do you bridge two worlds? 🤝 We're looking for a consultant who knows the Chinese market, culture, and business landscape from the inside — and who's built a life and network in Europe.

About the role 💼

You'll advise our clients on market entry, partnerships, and business development involving Chinese markets and Mandarin-speaking communities across Europe. This is a flexible freelance engagement: you manage your own schedule, work remotely most of the time, and travel to meet clients and partners where the work happens. 😊

What you'll do 🚀

• Advise clients on business strategy, cultural navigation, and relationship-building in Mandarin-speaking markets and communities

• Represent projects in meetings across Europe, with occasional international trips ✈️

• Build and maintain a network of contacts, partners, and stakeholders

• Deliver market insights, reports, and recommendations that clients can act on 📊

What we're looking for 🔎

• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese 🗣️ plus professional English

• Deep first-hand knowledge of Chinese business culture, markets, or diaspora communities

• Bachelor's degree or higher, in any field 🎓

• Currently based in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey (Schengen visa holders only), or the UK (Scotland only) 📍

• Right to work as a freelancer in your country of residence

• Willing and able to travel regularly within Europe, occasionally beyond 🌏

• Self-directed: comfortable owning projects end-to-end 💪
