Are you a Japanese-speaking customer support professional with a passion for financial markets? πΉ We're looking for a Customer Support Officer to help clients navigate trading accounts and platforms while delivering top-tier service in the FX/CFD space! β¨
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Assist clients with opening and maintaining trading accounts
π Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone & internal support channels π
π Handle welcome calls and client follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction
π Provide information about trading platforms and services
π Resolve back-office and account-related enquiries
π Support clients with technical issues, including MetaTrader platform troubleshooting π»
π Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
π Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
π Escalate complex cases to relevant teams when required
π Support marketing activities, including campaign translations & event coordination
π Educate clients on products and platform functionality
π Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and support business growth π‘
β Requirements
πΉ Native or fluent Japanese (written & spoken)
πΉ Fluent English (B2 minimum)
πΉ University or College degree
πΉ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
πΉ Proficiency with MS Office applications
πΉ Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms & computer applications
πΉ Ability to work independently and within a team
πΉ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
πΉ Experience working with CRM systems and customer support tools
