Are you a Dutch-speaking professional with sharp judgment and a passion for e-commerce? π We're looking for a Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, trustworthy platform in a modern Lisbon workplace! β¨
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Maintain strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services & industry standards
π Review content in line with established SLAs and quality benchmarks
π Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards & safety guidelines π
π Adapt to policy updates, schedule changes, and follow standard operating procedures consistently
π Identify and escalate issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols
β Requirements
πΉ Native/fluent Dutch (verbal & written), fluent English (B2 minimum)
πΉ Excellent moderation abilities β clear communication, sound judgment, local market insight
πΉ Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
πΉ Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
πΉ Ability to work in shift rotation (MondayβSunday, 24/7)
πΉ Strong customer service skills β empathy, effective communication, balanced decision-making
