Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro passionate about hospitality and travel? ✈️ We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the main point of contact for accommodation rental managers and owners, delivering exceptional support and a positive partner experience! 🏡

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Handle all incoming contacts from accommodation rental managers/owners 📞
👉 Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling & clear, professional communication
👉 Develop knowledge continuously to answer customer queries & resolve potential issues
👉 Act as a key focal point for leading accommodation partners — room modifications, rates, availability, extranet tooling usage, etc.
👉 Use adequate tools, processes & methods to ensure accurate, valid, complete information
👉 Deliver great levels of client service and a positive experience for partners at all times ✨

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native/fluent Dutch & English (B2 minimum), oral & written
🔹 Ability to identify, apply and explain product/service expertise with clarity
🔹 Ability to cover morning, weekend, and afternoon shifts on rotation with colleagues
🔹 Tech savvy, full proficiency with MS Office products 💻
🔹 Based in Greece with stable internet connection 🌐
🔹 Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday–Sunday, 08 AM–10 PM, 2 days off per week
