๐ Duties & Responsibilities
๐ Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email & live chat ๐ฌ
๐ Assist customers with account-related, technical & platform-related inquiries
๐ Support users with password resets, payments & general account management queries
๐ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance
๐ Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
๐ Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
๐ Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
๐ Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction & attendance targets ๐ฏ
โ Requirements
๐น Native or fluent Dutch speaker
๐น Fluent English
๐น Completed secondary education
๐น Previous customer service experience an advantage
๐น Good computer and technology skills ๐ป
๐น Strong communication and customer interaction skills
๐น Good problem-solving abilities
๐น Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
๐น Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented approach
๐น Clean criminal record
๐น Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus โ๏ธ
