📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email & live chat 💬
👉 Assist customers with account-related, technical & platform-related inquiries
👉 Support users with password resets, payments & general account management queries
👉 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, solution-oriented guidance
👉 Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach across all interactions
👉 Accurately document customer interactions and relevant case information
👉 Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
👉 Meet defined quality, productivity, customer satisfaction & attendance targets 🎯

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or fluent Dutch speaker
🔹 Fluent English
🔹 Completed secondary education
🔹 Previous customer service experience an advantage
🔹 Good computer and technology skills 💻
🔹 Strong communication and customer interaction skills
🔹 Good problem-solving abilities
🔹 Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
🔹 Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented approach
🔹 Clean criminal record
🔹 Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus ✈️
