Are you a Swedish-speaking customer service pro ready for an adventure in the sun? βοΈ We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a global financial customer support environment in beautiful Larnaca, Cyprus! π³
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Provide customer support and resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat & social media π¬
π Assist customers with questions on financial products, payments & account services
π Investigate customer queries and provide accurate, solution-oriented assistance
π Maintain professional, high-quality communication across all interactions
π Accurately document customer cases and relevant information
π Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
π Meet defined quality and productivity KPIs π―
π Deliver customer support in line with internal processes & quality standards
β Requirements
πΉ Native or fluent Swedish speaker
πΉ Good command of English
πΉ Completed secondary education
πΉ Previous customer service experience an advantage
πΉ Good computer and technology skills π»
πΉ Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities
πΉ Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
πΉ Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
πΉ Clean criminal record
πΉ Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus βοΈ
πΉ Flexibility to work rotational schedules, including weekends
