📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Provide customer support via inbound calls, email & live chat 💬
👉 Assist customers with questions on digital services and account-related inquiries
👉 Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
👉 Troubleshoot common customer issues and guide users through solutions
👉 Maintain clear, professional & customer-focused communication
👉 Accurately document customer interactions & case information
👉 Escalate complex or unresolved cases when required
👉 Contribute to a positive and efficient customer service environment

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or fluent Danish speaker (minimum C1)
🔹 Fluent English
🔹 Completed secondary education
🔹 Previous customer service experience an advantage
🔹 Good computer and technology skills 💻
🔹 Strong communication and customer interaction skills
🔹 Good problem-solving abilities
🔹 Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
🔹 Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented approach
🔹 Clean criminal record
🔹 Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Larnaca, Cyprus ✈️
