Are you a Business Analyst who loves bridging business needs with technical integration design? π We're looking for a Business Analyst β Workday Connections to shape and improve integrations across a global Workday landscape, connecting payroll, recruitment, identity management, finance, and more! βοΈ
π Why This Role Matters
The Workday Connections squads own the integrations powering a global Human Capital Management platform β connecting Workday with payroll providers, recruitment systems, identity management solutions, finance platforms, and other strategic applications, creating seamless employee journeys and high-quality HR data. π₯
π Key Responsibilities
π Gather, analyze & document business and technical requirements for Workday integrations
π Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, third-party vendors & development teams
π Translate business processes and epics into clear features, user stories & integration requirements
π Design end-to-end integration solutions together with architects and engineers
π Support realization, enhancement & maintenance of Workday integrations
π Support Product Owners in roadmap planning and business case development
π Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, processes & integration quality
π Contribute to Agile, Scrum & DevOps practices within the squad π
β Must-Have Requirements
πΉ 3+ years as a Business Analyst within a Workday environment focused on integrations
πΉ Proven experience analyzing & documenting integration requirements
πΉ Experience with Workday integrations, data exchange & system connectivity
πΉ Understanding of APIs, web services & integration concepts
πΉ Basic understanding of Workday Studio/Orchestrate or similar (PECI, Connectors, Extend) β strong advantage
πΉ Ability to work closely with development teams to design & realize integrations
πΉ Experience mapping/analyzing data structures, interfaces & end-to-end process flows
πΉ Strong stakeholder management in complex international environments
πΉ Fluent English
π Preferred Qualifications
β¨ Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, LeSS & DevOps methodologies
β¨ Experience with cloud integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)
β¨ Understanding of identity & access integrations (Entra ID/Azure AD, IAM)
β¨ Experience with reporting & data analysis within Workday
β¨ Dutch language skills considered a plus π³π±
