Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro who loves helping people? ✈️ We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a global travel & tourism brand, delivering clear, accurate support across multiple channels! ✨

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Handle customer interactions across phone, email, live chat & social media 💬
👉 Provide clear, accurate information following company policies & procedures
👉 Assist with general questions, product/service info, and basic technical support
👉 Respond to incoming requests and accurately document case details
👉 Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
👉 Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to resolve concerns & close cases
👉 Manage a personal queue of service tickets, prioritize tasks, follow supervisor guidance 🎫
👉 Offer feedback to improve service processes and support team knowledge sharing

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native/fluent Dutch (C2), verbal & written; fluent English (B2 minimum)
🔹 Previous experience in customer service
🔹 Strong verbal & written communication across phone, email, chat, social media
🔹 Basic understanding of customer service principles & standard procedures
🔹 Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot with guidance
🔹 Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies 💻
🔹 Effective problem-solving skills, collaborative team player
🔹 Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
🔹 Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
