Are you a consultative sales professional who loves closing deals and building lasting client relationships? 💼 We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to engage inbound leads, drive outbound opportunities, and act as a trusted payments consultant in a growing product ecosystem! 🚀

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Engage & qualify inbound leads from web forms and partners, converting needs into opportunities
👉 Identify and pursue new customers through research, networking & proactive outreach, including cold calling ☎️
👉 Act as a trusted consultant and payments expert, delivering tailored solutions
👉 Lead negotiations on pricing and terms, close deals, and hit sales targets 🎯
👉 Drive revenue growth and new account acquisition by onboarding customers
👉 Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
👉 Accurately track sales activities, pipeline & interactions in HubSpot 📊
👉 Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy, goals & customer success

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or fluent Italian speaker, C1-level English (oral & written)
🔹 2+ years' experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development
🔹 Strong phone-based sales skills, confident handling objections and closing deals
🔹 Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge an advantage
🔹 Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership & accountability
🔹 Proven ability to follow up, nurture leads, and drive opportunities to closure
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
🔹 Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work independently
🔹 Target-driven approach with a consultative sales style
