Are you a French-speaking customer service pro with a warm, professional touch? βοΈ We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional support and build lasting customer relationships in a vibrant Athens setting! β¨
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Manage incoming customer calls and emails professionally and promptly π§
π Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
π Build sustainable customer relationships through clear, effective communication
π Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools & processes
π Meet individual and team performance targets & quality standards π―
π Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities
π Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
β Requirements
πΉ Native or near-native French speaker, excellent communication & natural accent
πΉ Good command of English
πΉ Previous customer service experience considered an advantage
πΉ Strong phone communication and active listening skills
πΉ Customer-oriented mindset, able to adapt to different customer profiles
πΉ Good MS Office skills
πΉ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
