Are you a Dutch-speaking customer service pro with a passion for hospitality? π We're looking for a Customer Advisor to support restaurant partners on a leading hospitality platform, acting as a true brand ambassador while delivering exceptional service! β¨
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat & messaging platforms π¬
π Provide professional technical support to restaurant partners using the hospitality platform
π Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a brand ambassador
π Resolve customer issues efficiently, quickly identifying customer needs
π Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the right internal teams
π Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
π Ensure high-quality service while meeting productivity & performance targets π―
π Support restaurants with platform-related questions and operational requests
β Requirements
πΉ Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written & spoken communication
πΉ English B2 minimum
πΉ Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations
πΉ Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
πΉ Excellent written communication for email support
πΉ Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
πΉ Good computer literacy
πΉ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
πΉ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
πΉ Understanding of handling sensitive customer data
πΉ High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations β€οΈ
