Are you a driven sales professional who loves building lasting client relationships? π We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of clients, drive retention and expansion, and hit revenue targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. π―
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Achieve individual revenue targets β renewals, products, services & upsells
π Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
π Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
π Develop strong product & technical knowledge to assess customer needs
π Proactively promote products and services to drive retention & expansion
π Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term adoption
π Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
π Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction
π Handle objections effectively to retain customers and win new business
π Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily π±
π Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
β Requirements
πΉ Native or near-native Dutch, fluent English (B2 minimum)
πΉ Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
πΉ Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused settings
πΉ Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology & data
πΉ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
πΉ High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
πΉ Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers βοΈ
