Are you a results-driven relationship-builder with a passion for digital advertising? π We're looking for a Digital Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive advertising performance, and unlock growth opportunities β combining account management, digital ad expertise, and commercial focus to help clients hit their business goals. π―
π Duties & Responsibilities
π Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals
π Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to spot growth opportunities
π Collect and share client feedback to drive continuous improvement
π Manage client communications, resolve issues, ensure high satisfaction
π Research client objectives, industry trends & market developments for strategic recommendations
π Present tailored digital advertising solutions & optimization strategies
π Identify upsell and performance improvement opportunities
π Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting & account documentation
π Share insights and campaign performance feedback with internal teams
π Resolve day-to-day challenges impacting campaign delivery or revenue
π Consistently achieve or exceed revenue & performance targets π
β Requirements
πΉ Native/fluent German (C1), fluent English (B2+ minimum)
πΉ 2+ years' experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or account management
πΉ Proven track record managing client relationships & hitting sales targets
πΉ Hands-on experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads (certifications a plus) π»
πΉ Experience with CRM systems β Salesforce or Dynamics 365
πΉ Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
πΉ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
πΉ Highly organized, goal-oriented, able to juggle multiple accounts
