π Duties & Responsibilities
π Engage senior consulting professionals β Directors, Partners, Senior Managers β across target markets
π Pitch candidates and opportunities to clients in a structured, professional manner
π Manage outbound & inbound communication in German at a high level π©πͺ
π Conduct high-volume outreach and follow-up to build long-term relationships
π Work closely with the founder using provided leads and data to drive conversions
π Use AI tools and recruitment platforms to optimize sourcing & communication β‘
π Represent the company at events and client-facing interactions
π Maintain consistent pipeline activity and drive deal closure π―
β Requirements
πΉ Native or near-native German (C1/C2 minimum)
πΉ Strong commercial mindset β sales, recruitment, or consulting interest
πΉ High resilience, thrives in target-driven environments
πΉ Strong written & verbal communication skills
πΉ Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (C-level exposure)
πΉ Motivated by long-term, performance-based earnings growth
πΉ Experience in sales, recruitment, consulting, or customer-facing roles
πΉ Background in competitive environments (sports, sales, business) π
πΉ Interest in executive search, consulting, or professional services
πΉ Familiarity with AI tools or modern recruitment systems π€
