FX Sales Trainee Conversion (German-speaking)

πΌ What You'll Do
π¬ Contact and convert qualified leads into active trading clients
π€ Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences
π Drive client acquisition and increase trading activity through consultative sales
π Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market opportunities
π Guide new clients through the onboarding process and their trading journey
π― Achieve ambitious sales targets while contributing to company growth
π€ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
β What We're Looking For
π©πͺ Fluent German (C1) and good English communication skills
πΌ Previous sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high-performance sales is an advantage)
πͺ Strong negotiation and communication skills
π― Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to succeed
π Interest in financial markets, Forex, and trading platforms
π€ Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management is a plus
π Eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry
