We're on the hunt for a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join a dynamic Dubai team, nurturing client relationships and driving long-term growth! ππ₯
π― What You'll Be Doing
π’ Promote FX & CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
π€ Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
πΌ Convert high-quality leads into active, loyal trading clients
π Grow upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
π Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the full client lifecycle
π° Stay current on financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
π Consistently hit defined sales and retention targets
β What We're Looking For
π¨π³ Native or fluent Mandarin, spoken and written
πΉ Mandatory previous experience in FX & CFD
π Prior experience in a Retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage
π£οΈ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
β‘ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
π’ Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
π» Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
π€ Strong communication and relationship management skills
π Experience working with international brokerage teams
π₯οΈ Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
π Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention setting
