We're looking for a driven, Tagalog-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join their dynamic Dubai team and turn high-quality leads into loyal, active traders! ππ₯
π― What You'll Be Doing
π’ Promote the company's Forex & CFD products and services to prospective clients
πΌ Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales
π€ Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
π Maximise conversion rates and spot opportunities for future sales
π Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the client journey
π° Stay current on financial markets, trading products, and industry trends
π Hit individual sales targets & KPIs while staying compliant with company standards
β What We're Looking For
π΅π Native or fluent Tagalog, written and spoken
πΉ Mandatory previous experience in Forex & CFD
π Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
π£οΈ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
π» Computer literate with solid knowledge of standard office applications
β‘ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
π’ Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
π€ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
π₯οΈ Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms
π Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products
