WibitCs π is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company π to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team in Gdansk, Poland π΅π±.
You'll be supporting customers on a well-known global travel & accommodation platform π‘βοΈ, helping people every step of their journey β from booking to check-out and beyond!
π οΈ What You'll Be Doing
ππ¬π§ Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
π Assist customers with reservations, account topics, and service questions
π§ Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions using internal tools
π Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution to quality standards
ποΈ Keep accurate records and document all interactions in company systems
π£οΈ Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English
π Follow internal procedures, client guidelines, and service quality standards
π― Hit individual and team performance targets while keeping customers happy
β What We're Looking For
π©πͺ Fluent German (C1) and π¬π§ English (B2), written & spoken
π Minimum 1 year of customer service or customer-facing experience
ππ¬π§ Experience with phone, chat, and email support preferred
π Strong communication and active listening skills
π§ Customer-focused mindset with sharp problem-solving skills
π Ability to handle complaints professionally and calmly
β¨οΈ Good typing skills and attention to detail
π» Comfortable using digital customer service tools/platforms
πβοΈ Open to rotational shifts, including weekends
π Available to complete full training attendance
