🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

🔧 Assist in setting up and operating technical equipment for continuous or live productions
📡 Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment while troubleshooting and escalating issues when needed
📘 Provide regular updates to supervisors about equipment status and technical concerns
🦺 Follow safety standards and industry regulations to ensure compliant operations
🤝 Coordinate with other technical teams to integrate systems for seamless workflows
📝 Maintain accurate logs of equipment use and stay informed on emerging technologies

✅ Requirements

🇬🇧 Fluent in English (written & spoken)
🎬 Experience in studio, production, or live event technical operations
📐 Ability to read and follow technical plans and instructions
⚡ Knowledge of safety standards and operational best practices
🚀 Ability to troubleshoot under pressure in fast-paced environments
🤝 Strong teamwork and clear communication skills
🗂️ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
🌙 Availability for varied shifts, including nights and weekends
💻 Familiarity with software/tools used in technical operations
🎓 Technical certification or formal training (AV, electrical, electronics, production tech, etc.)
