🎯 Mission of the Candidate
📈 Develop and execute sales plans for Huace’s GNSS and surveying products
🔍 Identify potential customers, distributors, and channel partners
🤝 Build long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners
📊 Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and sales reporting
⚙️ Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos and pre-sales support
🏆 Achieve annual sales targets and growth objectives
👍 Must-have Qualifications
🇩🇪 German national, fluent in German and English
🛠️ 3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales
📡 Established network in relevant industry circles
💪 Proactive, results-driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
🚗 Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
