🎯 Your Responsibilities

🎧 Provide top-quality customer support for a leading streaming platform
📞 Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
💼 Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
📊 Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders
💬 Offer additional services and value to existing customers
💸 Engage in upselling opportunities with interested clients after resolving their main issue

🧠 Your Profile

🇩🇰 Fluent in Danish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
💬 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
👥 Service-minded, empathetic, and customer-focused
🖥️ Basic understanding of administrative and technical processes
🕓 Flexible to work 5 days/week in rotating shifts
(Mon–Fri: 8:00–20:00 | Weekends: 10:00–20:00)
