🎯 Your Responsibilities

⚙️ Administer and optimize Windows Servers
🧩 Manage user accounts, access rights, and groups in Active Directory and Entra ID
🔍 Monitor, maintain, and resolve complex incidents across servers, storage, backups, and networks
💻 Implement and manage virtualized environments (VMware)
📜 Automate administrative tasks via PowerShell scripting
☁️ Participate in the configuration and management of M365, Intune, and SCCM
🔐 Support implementation of security and compliance policies (GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2)
🧠 Draft and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
🚧 Contribute to infrastructure development and migration projects, acting as a technical coordinator
💡 Propose and implement improvements for performance, scalability, and security

🧠 Your Profile

💼 3–5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering
🖥️ Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, and Active Directory
🧰 Hands-on experience with M365, Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell
🔒 Familiarity with information security standards and compliance frameworks
🗣️ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
🤝 Team player with mentoring capabilities and a proactive mindset
📚 Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented
