🧠 Your Profile

🗣️ Native or fluent in English (C1) — knowledge of Spanish is a plus 🇪🇸
💻 Background in IT technologies/products, especially Cloud tools like Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, or Microsoft Windows
🧩 Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
🙌 Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism in customer interactions
💪 Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
