๐ฏ Your Responsibilities
๐ฌ Act as the first point of contact for users via phone, chat, email, or self-service portal
๐งพ Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool
โฑ๏ธ Ensure issues are handled within defined SLAs, escalating when necessary
๐ค Collaborate with internal teams and resolver groups to resolve complex problems
๐ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
๐ Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
๐ง Participate in process improvement and service enhancement initiatives
๐ Manage multiple priorities efficiently and adhere to performance KPIs
๐ง Your Profile
๐ฃ๏ธ Fluent/native in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
๐ป 1โ3 yearsโ experience in IT Service Desk, Application, or Technical Support (L1โL2)
๐ Bachelorโs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
๐งฉ Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
โ๏ธ Knowledge of IT concepts โ SDLC, operating systems, databases
๐ Experience supporting SAP or enterprise applications
๐ ITIL Foundation or similar certification is a plus
๐ก Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
๐ Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, adaptable attitude
