💾 Define backup policies (frequency, full/incremental, workload-aligned) for sovereign and cost-effective short-term backups
🧠 Evaluate alternatives such as native European providers, managed services, or on-premises solutions
🌐 Determine feasibility of one-size-fits-all or workload-specific approaches per landing zone
🏗️ Define how the current on-premises implementation must evolve
📋 Deliver Assessment Report, Target Architecture, Capability Model, and 5-Year Roadmap
🎤 Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
🔒 Design a future-proof backup architecture ensuring multi-region and multi-cloud resilience
