⚙️ Your Responsibilities

🖥️ Manage and maintain the server environment with a focus on VMware and Windows Servers
💾 Oversee backups using Veeam and ArcServe
🚨 Handle Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of issues
📘 Maintain and update the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
🧩 Set up and decommission servers as required
🔧 Perform daily maintenance of Windows and Linux environments

🧠 Skills & Experience Required

✅ Incident Management & ITIL framework knowledge
✅ Strong experience with VMware vSphere and VMware VDI
✅ Proficiency in Windows Server administration
✅ Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux & Red Hat Satellite
✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Terminal Server / RDS
✅ Backup tools: Veeam Backup & Replication, ArcServe, Tivoli Storage Manager
✅ Endpoint management with Symantec Endpoint Protection
✅ Experience using ServiceNow for ITSM and CMDB management
