🌍 Assist business travelers with best-in-class personalized service and expert travel guidance
🧳 Resolve travel and tech-related issues, including last-minute changes and emergency situations
💡 Stay updated on travel platforms, airline policies, and industry trends
🤝 Collaborate across international teams to deliver seamless support
📢 Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams for process improvement
📈 Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

🧠 Your Profile

✅ Native or fluent in English (C1+), both written and spoken
✅ Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry
✅ Proficient with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo (mandatory)
✅ Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
✅ Flexible to work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 07:00–22:00)
