Service Desk Analyst with Polish

💼 Your Responsibilities
💻 Be the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, chat, email, and self-service portal
🧾 Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
⏱️ Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLA targets
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams and resolver groups for escalations
📣 Communicate updates clearly and maintain user satisfaction
🧠 Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
📋 Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
💡 Participate in process improvement and contribute to service excellence
🧩 Your Profile
🇵🇱 Native/fluent Polish speaker (C1) + good command of English (B2+)
🧑💻 1–3 years of experience in IT Service Desk / Application / Technical Support (L1–L2)
🎓 Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
⚙️ Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, etc.)
💾 Understanding of SDLC, operating systems, and database basics
🔧 Experience with SAP or enterprise application support
📘 ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification (MCSE is a plus)
💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
