📌 Gather, analyze, and structure stakeholder needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
📌 Oversee the technical implementation of functional designs in collaboration with development teams.
📌 Support the planning, development, and execution of test strategies and scenarios.
📌 Ensure alignment with strategic and operational objectives defined by DOV’s vision and mission.
📌 Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and incorporate them into the portfolio roadmap.
📌 Maintain and update documentation in Confluence/JIRA for transparency and traceability.
📌 Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of functional processes.

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

✅ Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, supporting both small business-critical and larger non-business-critical applications.
✅ Strong experience in technical environments relevant to project domains.
✅ Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for requirement tracking and documentation.
✅ Experience in developing test scenarios and validating functional implementation.
✅ Expertise in process analysis and translating business needs into structured requirements.
✅ Familiarity with agile methodology and iterative project delivery.
✅ Knowledge of the soil and subsurface domain.
✅ Experience with OSLO standards and XML exchange standards.
✅ Ability to perform requirement analysis and design for OO, multi-tier, web-enabled, and/or UML environments.
