💻 Data Testing

* Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for validating data accuracy.

* Execute manual and automated data testing procedures with detailed documentation.

* Design and implement automated programs and queries to streamline validation.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to confirm test results align with business logic.

* Manage test data across mainframe environments and different testing phases.

🔍 Transversal Testing & Quality Assurance

* Review and challenge data testing activities from other migration phases.

* Support root cause analysis for identified data defects.

* Ensure test consistency, traceability, and completeness across all streams.

📅 Test Coordination

* Provide regular progress updates on test execution and results.

* Prioritize and manage defects to ensure timely resolution.

* Generate on-demand data extracts or reports for the migrated life insurance portfolio.

🧠 Your Profile

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector, ideally involving data migration projects.
✅ Proven track record in data analysis and data testing, with hands-on experience in SQL or similar query languages.
✅ Deep understanding of individual life insurance products and processes.
✅ Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
✅ Ability to work autonomously while maintaining proactive communication.
✅ University degree in data, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
✅ Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
