VBA Excel Expert (Public Sector)
Are you an Excel VBA wizard ready to take on a critical project in the public sector? Join a multidisciplinary team in Brussels where you’ll analyze, reverse-engineer, and document a large number of Excel-based tools to prepare them for future migration into modern technologies.

✨ What you’ll do:
🔍 Review and analyze Excel VBA-based tools used by operational teams
📑 Create detailed technical & functional documentation (including VBA logic, workflows & UX)
🧩 Reverse-engineer macros and identify risks, performance issues & technical debt
🤝 Collaborate with operational teams and developers to validate and improve processes
⚡ Contribute to an Agile squad, sharing expertise and refining features
✅ What you bring:
💡 Expertise in Excel VBA & VBA Editor
💡 Strong reverse-engineering and documentation skills
💡 SQL Server knowledge (medium–expert level)
💡 Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude
💡 Agile methodology experience
🌟 Bonus: Knowledge of IAM / RBAC methodology
🗣️ Languages: French OR Dutch (preferred) + good English (mandatory)
