✨ What You’ll Do:
🎧 Provide professional and efficient support, ensuring excellent service delivery
🔍 Identify root causes of reported issues and deliver effective solutions
📝 Accurately document and summarise customer interactions
⚡ Escalate high-risk or critical cases to the appropriate teams when necessary

✅ What We’re Looking For:
🇩🇪 Native/fluent German (C1) with good English skills (B2)
💬 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
🎯 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
🤝 Customer-focused, empathetic, and proactive

💶 €870/month x14 basic salary
