Account Manager with German
Our client, a leading Outsourcing & BPO company, is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to join their growing team in Málaga. This role offers the opportunity to manage SME client portfolios, drive business growth, and build long-term customer relationships within the German market.

✨ What You’ll Do:
📂 Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with full responsibility for growth and retention
💡 Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to increase engagement
📈 Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed growth targets
🌍 Explore new business sources such as referrals, subsidiaries, and self-generated leads
🤝 Ensure premium value delivery aligned with client goals to build advocacy and loyalty
🔍 Assess client risks, threats, and opportunities to maintain strong partnerships
⚡ Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🇩🇪 Native-level German and fluent English (spoken & written)
🌍 Proven experience working in/for the German market
🎯 Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by exceeding targets
🧠 Challenger mindset with creative problem-solving skills
🗂️ Highly organized forward planner, capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
🤝 Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
📞 Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives
✨ Previous experience in sales or account management is a plus
🚀 Ability to innovate, drive change, and identify new opportunities
