This is an exciting opportunity for sales-driven, tech-savvy professionals to join a booming FinTech project, converting warm leads into loyal customers and driving impactful business growth.

✨ Your role will include:

📞 Calling and converting warm leads into active clients
🎯 Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
📊 Managing and maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline
💻 Conducting engaging product demonstrations
🏆 Achieving account activation targets and exceeding sales KPIs
🤝 Collaborating with internal teams for escalations and support

✅ What you’ll need:
📈 1–2 years in B2B sales, telesales, or tech sales
💬 Strong objection-handling and closing skills
🇬🇧 Fluent English (written & spoken)
🛂 Full right to live and work in Ireland
🖥 Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
⚡ Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
📅 Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
