✨ Your role will include:

🤝 Partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
🎯 Applying creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent
🌐 Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through market research, networking, and relationship building
📞 Coordinating with recruitment agencies and search firms when needed
💼 Representing the company professionally to candidates and external partners
📝 Supporting managers with job descriptions, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations
📊 Conducting regular updates with hiring managers on progress and staffing priorities
📈 Staying informed on market trends and providing talent landscape insights

✅ What you’ll need:
🇬🇧 Advanced English (B2+) — written & spoken
📋 Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
⚡ Experience with high-volume hiring or fast-paced environments
🔍 Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
💻 Proficiency in internet-based research & professional networking platforms
📂 Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — specific platform knowledge is a plus
🎮 Background hiring for product or tech teams is an advantage
