✨ Your role will include:

🖥 Monitoring and maintaining hardware and software systems to ensure seamless service
⚡ Responding to IT support requests for servers, network devices, and user systems
🛠 Assisting in testing new applications and systems before deployment
🤝 Collaborating with development, network, and operations teams to ensure smooth technical operations
🖱 Managing and maintaining operational servers and related equipment
🔍 Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in coordination with team leads
🔄 Repairing or replacing faulty hardware/software as needed
👤 Configuring user workstations and managing access permissions
📑 Documenting incidents and following SLA-driven processes
📦 Managing IT inventory and conducting equipment audits
📡 Coordinating with vendors to minimize downtime
📈 Enhancing IT infrastructure to meet evolving needs
🔒 Ensuring compliance with information security standards

✅ What you’ll need:
🇬🇧 Native or fluent English (C1+)
💼 Minimum 3 years’ IT support or related technical experience
🎓 High school diploma (further IT education preferred)
💻 Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux environments
🗂 Strong knowledge of Active Directory
🛠 Experience in hardware/software installation, configuration, and repair
🌐 Familiarity with networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
🧩 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
👥 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
🕒 Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 environment)
📜 Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
📺 Experience with streaming or broadcasting equipment is a plus
