✨ Your role will include:

🌍 Leading and managing all business development activities across Mexico and South America
🤝 Building new customer relationships and strengthening existing accounts in mining and mineral processing sectors
🛠 Promoting and selling the company’s full portfolio of mining equipment and wear-resistant solutions
📊 Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and preparing detailed sales reports
📑 Negotiating contracts and closing deals aligned with company strategy
🔧 Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
🎯 Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

✅ What you’ll need:
🇨🇳 Native Chinese speaker (mandatory)
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above in Spanish, English, Marketing, or Mechanical Engineering
🌎 5+ years overseas work experience, ideally with legal residence in Mexico or US/Canadian visa
📈 Proven track record in direct sales of large-scale mechanical products
🏭 Experience working in Latin American factories or companies
📌 Strong understanding of key-account sales models
🗣 Excellent communication and business negotiation skills
