We are looking for proactive, service-oriented Air Travel Consultants to support passengers with their travel needs from our modern offices in Brno. If you’re fluent in German and English and ready for an exciting career in aviation, this could be your next adventure!
Location: On-site, Brno, Czech Republic
Employment Type: Full-time (option for part-time after 6 months)

Languages: German (B2) + English (B2)

🛠 Responsibilities:
📞 Act as the first point of contact for airline customers in German and English
💺 Assist with reservations, cancellations, online check-in, and travel policy guidance
🖥 Accurately record customer interactions in the system
⚡ Provide efficient and friendly solutions while meeting performance KPIs
🎯 Requirements:
🇩🇪 Fluent German (B2) and English (B2), both spoken and written
🏠 Willingness to relocate to Brno or already living in Czech Republic
💻 Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
😊 Friendly, optimistic, and stress-resilient personality
🌙 Ability to work in shifts, including nights, in a fast-paced environment
