🧾 What you’ll do:

💬 Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian and English via Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, Chat, and more
🔧 Resolve technical and product-related issues using internal tools and your problem-solving skills
🎯 Customize your tone and responses to reflect each customer’s needs and the brand’s personality
📢 Monitor platforms and escalate emerging customer concerns or pain points
🧠 Collaborate on building a brand-aligned knowledge base and share user-generated content

🧠 What you’ll bring:

🇮🇹 Fluency in Italian (minimum B2 CEFR) and English (minimum B2)
📱 Genuine passion for social media, community engagement, and customer service
🛠️ Good technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and navigate online tools
✍️ Excellent writing skills with attention to tone, detail, and clarity
🧘 Ability to stay calm, professional, and creative under pressure
🤝 Team player mentality and willingness to adapt to brand tone and culture

💡 Nice to have:

🎮 Familiarity with virtual reality, gaming platforms, or tech gadgets
