Compensation: 💰 7,560 PLN gross/month

💼 Responsibilities
📞 Deliver top-notch support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
📦 Assist with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and general questions
🧾 Log customer interactions accurately in the internal CRM system
🤝 Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality service
✅ Requirements
🇮🇹 Fluent in Italian (C1)
🇬🇧 Proficient in English (B2+)
💬 Strong communication and customer service skills
🔍 Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
🗓️ Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 09:00–18:00 CET
📞 Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential
