We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy on the lookout for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in the heart of Athens. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a major retail brand in a dynamic, international environment!

📞 Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
🧭 Use internal tools and resources to deliver accurate information and effective resolutions
🛍️ Occasionally introduce additional products or services based on customer needs
✅ Requirements:
🇬🇧 Fluent/Native English (C1 level), spoken and written
💼 Prior customer service experience preferred
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent
🖥️ Comfortable navigating computer systems and common software
🌙 Availability to work consistent overnight shifts
💡 Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes
