As they continue to expand their presence in Southeast Asia, they are seeking an experienced Filipino-speaking Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Philippine market. 🧩 Responsibilities:
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
🔍 Identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth
📈 Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
💼 Negotiate and close deals across B2C and institutional client segments
🧠 Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions
🎯 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals
💬 Provide feedback and insights to enhance the company’s competitive edge
✅ Requirements:
🇵🇭 Bilingual in Filipino (C1) and English (B2+)
📊 1–4 years of proven experience in Forex with a demonstrable active client portfolio
📁 Background in business development or sales within financial markets (CFD/FX)
📚 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
📞 Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
🧠 Deep understanding of trading products, platforms, and client needs
🧍 Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven
🧑💻 Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
