🎯 Your Responsibilities:
📞 Provide exceptional support via phone, email, chat & social media
🛠️ Handle product and service-related inquiries with care and accuracy
💡 Suggest and support process improvements to enhance customer experience
🤝 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & other teams to resolve issues
🧩 What You Bring:
🇫🇷 Native or fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
👂 Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
🔥 Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
📱 Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and computers
✨ Customer-first attitude with a proactive mindset
📞 Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
