🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media
📚 Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
🔧 Assist with troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed
📝 Accurately document interactions and manage your ticket queue
🤝 Work cross-functionally with tech and service teams
💬 Contribute to process improvements with feedback and ideas
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
🇫🇷 Native/fluent French (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
📅 Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
💻 Strong communication skills across platforms
🛠️ Ability to troubleshoot and follow structured procedures
🚀 Fast learner, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
🤝 Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
🕐 Willingness to work rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 6AM–10PM
