🎯 Your Responsibilities:
📱 Support influencers and content creators with subscription, account, and technical inquiries
📞 Perform outbound calls to clarify information and ensure customer satisfaction
🛠️ Offer guidance on platform tools and marketing features
🧠 Identify trends and provide proactive solutions for recurring client challenges
✅ What You Bring:
🇹🇷 Native/fluent Turkish (C1) + strong English skills (B2)
⏱️ Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
🌙 Willingness to work night shifts
🔍 High attention to detail and accuracy
💡 Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision
🗂️ Experience in back-office environments is a plus
💬 Excellent written and verbal communication
