💼 Your Responsibilities

👥 Act as the main HR contact in Brazil and help build the local HR function
📋 Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, evaluations, promotions & exits
📚 Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices
🧾 Oversee internal policies, payroll setup, HRIS systems, and employee records
🤝 Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
🔍 Handle employee relations and internal investigations
📊 Track HR metrics, analyze data, and recommend process improvements
💬 Facilitate effective communication between HR, Operations, and other departments

🎯 What You Bring
🌐 Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
🎓 Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
📈 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles
🧠 Strong expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and Brazilian labor law
✅ Proven success managing high-growth HR operations
👥 Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
📍 HR certifications (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are an advantage
