💼 What You’ll Be Doing

💬 Assist global clients through live chat and email support
📂 Manage client accounts, updates, and documentation
📞 Handle incoming calls with impeccable phone etiquette
🛠️ Provide troubleshooting support for trading platform issues
📈 Promote company products and guide clients through services
🔄 Collaborate with Compliance and internal departments to resolve issues
📊 Maintain accurate records and contribute to client satisfaction
🤝 Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
🎯 Help the team meet and exceed performance targets

🎯 What We’re Looking For
🗣️ Native or fluent in Italian, with strong English skills (B2+)
🎓 Degree in Business or a related field
📞 Previous experience in a similar support or finance role is an advantage
🖥️ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
📊 Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is a plus
⏰ Ability to work rotational shifts: 09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00 (Mon–Fri)
💪 Able to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently
🤝 Excellent communication and client-facing skills
